Organizing and securely storing payables and financial statements in the cloud
Actual fee dependent on growth potential.
Level 2: Professional
Annual Fee Range: $25,000 – $50,000
Scope of Services (includes all Level 1 services plus):

Reconciling bank and credit card accounts monthly

Processing payroll for up to 15 employees via a third-party provider, including basic benefits and retirement plan administration

Managing accounts payable, including bill payment using a third-party platform

Preparing financial statements and management reports on a quarterly basis

Coordinating with insurance brokers to maintain coverage and compliance
Actual fee dependent on complexity of software and financial reporting requirements.
Level 3: Executive
Starting at $60,000 per year
Scope of Services (includes all Level 1 services plus):
